Front door, three windows, patio sliding door
After struggling with our order for months, the person on the phone actually told me that she ordered the windows backwards because she didn't know how to work the computer. The patio door was installed backwards, and the trim left completely off (so the door looked completely unsecure, even from a distance) for over a month. The front door lock broke less than a year after installation, and they refuse to fix it because "locks aren't covered under the warranty". I cannot believe this company is still in business. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.

I would like to know who this customer is because it doesn't sound credible. We have a 60% repeat referral rate. If this had actually happened they would have talked to the manager to resolve the isssue. We suggest a visit to the better business bureau to find we have one of the highest ratings possible and resolve any issues promptly.
