Ray Murphy was thorough in checking every appliance, the furnace, faucets and windows. He climbed up on the roof to inspect the shingles and gutters. He checked for heat loss in walls and the ceilings and inspected the exterior walls. Ray was very good to answer all questions I had and to provide me with some pro-active things I might do to maintain and preserve the mobile home and deck. Unfortunately, ice had froze the access to the underside of the mobile home but he compensated me for not being able to check that out. Mr. Murphy was pleasant, efficient and helped me to feel as 'at ease' in a stressful transition as could be. He offered that I could contact him if I needed clarification on anything in the report or should I have more questions. His report was detailed and quick in arriving to me. I was very impressed with him and his service.
