We’ve opened a new office and wanted to get the locks changed, we’ve found John - a very knowledgeable and reliable gentleman. He patiently explained all possible options and helped us choose the most suitable and cost efficient one. He even suggested re-keying the main lock, which is cheaper, instead of replacing it. He accommodated us in a very timely manner. On a day of the appointment he arrived promptly and had the entire job done very quickly. John even provides a key cutting service. We are very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend John to anyone.

I used Frogbox to relocate my staff during the moving and everything was perfect, including the plastic big boxes, bubble wrap, mattress covers, online ordering, customer service, delivery and pick up. They were always on time as promised and very nice. I will be recommending them for sure.

Needed to get rid of some old furniture pieces and other junk. Was able to schedule a pick up in 2 days (on weekend which is a huge plus). Tim&Damien were very friendly, professional and efficient. They told me some of my stuff can be donated, which I like. I will definitely spread the word of recommendation among friends and use 1-800-Rid-Of-It if I must.
