Thanks so much to Steve and his contractors for making the stressful experience of replacing a 35 year old furnace and air conditioner. Steve explained the process, and gave all possible options. The work was completed in a timely manner, the job site was thoroughly cleaned, and the contractors were very knowledgeable and professional. It was so refreshing to work with a company that does not follow up the slick "front salesman" with sub contracted workmen who do not preform the work as promised. Thanks so much to Steve and contractors Ahmad and (I am sorry I have forgotten the name of the other young man). We will definitely recommend your company to others.

Leak in laundry room ceiling, thought maybe it was from the bathroom. Called Mr. Rooter at 7:45 Monday morning and Mike came in at 10:00am. He investigated and found that the leak came from the kitchen tap that had just been replaced by a friend. I was not home, but my disabled relative who was here stated that Mike found the leak under the kitchen sink, fixed the leak and cleaned and mopped all the water that was in the cupboard under the sink. I only regret that....I had someone else replace my kitchen tap, I did not think to look under the sink for the leak and Mike did all the clean up. We have used Mr. Rooter in the past and will do so again...Service is fast and efficient. The woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and willing to listen and Mike you are the greatest!!!!
