Andrew arrived on time. He performed the maintenance on the boiler. He explained to me the work that he was doing. The parts were all removed and cleaned. He made recommendations as to what needs to be done to make the boiler work better or more efficiently. Checked everything to make sure it was running properly and performed the CO test. he answered all my questions and made phone calls to get me further information on parts. Cleaned up and left in a timely fashion.
