An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Sometimes you worry if you go with the company who gives you the lowest quote that you may live to regret it but in this case that couldn't be farther from the truth. Not only did we have a wonderful sales experience with David who kept us fully informed of things from start to finish with a price beating the other quotes, I honestly can't think of any way I could be happier with their work. The job got a date booked in very quickly and the guys who did the job were not only very professional but were also very nice and polite. The installation got finished super fast with the minimum of disruption and to a very high standard and I really can't say a bad word about the overall experience. The guys cleaned up so well that the place was cleaner after they left than when they arrived! The windows are awesome and I am so happy with them. We had a couple of windows done a few years ago and the difference in the windows and the finish of the exterior is night and day. With so many companies around that don't do a good job or put the customer first I feel it important to give the good guys a pat on the back!
