I would like to give a big 'Thank you' to Fred Poivier who was sent to fix our furnace by Mackay Heating. Fred had mentioned that the weather was bad in his area, but he really wanted my family to have heat in this cold weather on the New Year's eve. He came and fixed it. Even though the charge was quite a bit to us, but he was liked a friend and showed concern to his customers and people. He had a warm and sincere attitude all through the 4 hours in our little furnace room. We had experienced 2 cold nights, it was not a good feeling at all. We could not leave the house to stay in a hotel because we needed to keep an eye on the water problem in the basement. I also wanted to thank Mackay heating's office that they ordered the part for us as soon as they could. Thank you for saving my family and our 2 little hamsters. They were hiding in my pockets for 2 days without moving. I thought they were not going to make it. Anyways, thanks everyone!
