Sons involved: Corey, Adjei, Alex We moved early April, and since we've used Rent-a-Son twice before and have been fantastically happy with them, we used their services for this move. As always, the sons were very professional, on-time, more careful with our items than we were, and very very efficient. As always, they finished early, and everything arrived safe and sound. In three moves, I literally have nothing even remotely bad to say about our experiences. If/when we move again, it is a complete given that we will use Rent-a-Son again. In my mind, there's no point even considering another option. In fact, we didn't even look for alternate companies the last two times we used them. They're that good. If you need quick, professional, competent, and conscientious movers, go with Rent-a-Son. If this seems gushing, it is because they make moving easy, which is pretty surprising.

My wife and I went on vacation and, embarrassingly, forgot to leave a key for the catsitter in the lockbox. When she called to say that she couldn't get in, we called Complete Lock and Door. We found them through Google, and honestly, Tim saved our vacation. He was exceptionally courteous, extremely prompt, and very competent. He asked us to take a photo of our key and send it to him. He then confirmed his right to enter the apartment after asking us questions about the apartment that only we would know. From the photo we sent him, he then made a key with a file and a key blank on a maximum security deadbolt. As it turns out, we have a pretty good steel door and lock. His crafted key worked well, and he even pet our cat when he came to greet him at the door. On top of everything else, he leveled our door a bit (for free!) and made it easier to lock and unlock. We were extremely happy with Tim. He really went above and beyond to help us, and he literally saved our vacation. No offense to Tim, but I hope to never have to use his services again (the cat sitter has her own key now), but if we do, or if anyone I know needs a locksmith, I will unhesitatingly and happily recommend Complete Lock and Door. Tim was fantastic, and if you need lock help, you will be happy with him.

I have used Rent-a-Son twice now, and for both times the crews worked well together, were infallibly polite and friendly, and handled the move extremely well. They took better care of my items that I would have, and were consummately professional. I worked with Erika to set up the quotes and logistics for both of the moves, and I have nothing but praise for her. Correspondence was always speedy and she took quite a bit of time to work with me on my second move to ensure all went smoothly (the move was on December 31st and everyone wanted the move to go quickly and without hitches). In terms of cost, hiring reputable movers is not inexpensive, but in the second, and more major of the two moves, the bill came in under-quote, in large part to the efficiency and competence of the work crew. I work at a non-profit and have a commensurate salary, but I will happily hire Rent-a-Son again for my next move. We have been impressed, and rest assured, the next time we move, we will once again look to Rent-A-Son.
