Poor service: We have asked Crawford technicians to check our fridge. We clearly indicated that the compressor performs fine and provides.cooling. We ourselves suspected that the relay could be a problem and we have alerted of this to the technician. However, he has ignored our comment; instead, he has concluded that the compressor has seized, suggesting we buy a new fridge. The Crawford technician was either a grossly incompetent, or he simply did not want to bother repairing our fridge. Suspecting the poor diagnosis from Crawford, we have hired another technician to confirm the status of the fridge. Having now replaced only the defective relay, we are now happy to say the fridge works as new.
