We were hearing what we thought were mice inside our walls and decided that we needed to investigate. Boris, the technician came over to perform a complementary assessment & quote. He did a very thorough job of investigating and informing me on causes and issues where mice could be entering our home. He put together a quote and was able to come back within a couple of days to fix the problems. He did a great job of doing everything he said he would plus more! He also came back for several follow-up visits to change out the traps and ensure the problems were fixed. He was very professional and courteous and was kind enough to take photos of the work so I could show my husband. He took the time to explain what he was doing as well as showing me things as he went to ensure we knew the extent of the issues and solutions. We are so far mice free! Would recommend Boris and the service again.

The service was great! The two technicians (Andrew & Shane) arrived on the dot and were very pleasant. They explained all of the things they were doing and asked me if I had any questions. They went to work right away and got the job done efficiently. They showed me the hepa filter and the particles, and how they were greatly reduced after the cleaning, which was great to see. They cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave anything out of place. I also got to see all of the pictures they took and was left with confidence that the cleaning was done thoroughly.
