Mary Beth in Toronto

The challenge for our project was that we live in Rochester, NY and are in our small Toronto condo only on occasional weekends. We found the granite we wanted for the countertops at TorontoGranite.com and asked Mark to make arrangements to have the backsplash installed (old tile had to also be removed and drywall repaired), along with replacing the sink and faucet because we didn't know any contractors and aren't in TO that often. This truly was out of the scope of their company, but Mark kindly agreed to take on the project. He found the contractors and supervised all of their work and did a fabulous job! Keep in mind that the majority of our communication was via e-mail and photos (Mark e-mailed them as the project progressed)and the key to this successful project was the ongoing communication.
