This is a great company. We got quotes from two other companies; one which is a very big name that you would recognise. In addition to better pricing, Purisoft was the only company who seemed like they were actually trying to help us and not just sell us a bunch of stuff we didn't need. Mike was so friendly and helpful and the installation was done in no time. We have needed a softener since we bought our house (3 years ago) and are thrilled with the results. I have already recommended Mike and Purisoft to a colleague and I would encourage you to contact them if you need a softener.

We just bought an older home and were told that the wiring was not up to standard and that we would need to rewire the entire home. We didn't have the money for that and were very upset and concerned that our home was unsafe. We had Hi-Lite come to give us an opinion and price. Tyler was very helpful and patient with us. He provided a more budget friendly option that would address our issue. We decided to have Hi-Lite do the work and are very pleased with the results. I would recommend them and will use them again for any electric work we do.

I hired Umbrella to come and clean up a mess caused by another plumbing Company. I won't name them, but they are a HUGE, INTERNATIONAL Company that I'm confident you've heard of. We knew of Umbrella because we had Vlad come to give us a quote on Waterproofing the perimeter of our house and got a really great vibe from him. Vlad was at our house discussing the other project and we had him take a look at the leak caused by the other company. Vlad provided a reasonable explanation and price. We ended up needing the work done so we called Umbrella. The Plumber they sent, Ivan, was great. He immediately identified the cause of the issue and went right to work. He was done in a reasonable amount of time and was true to the price Vlad had quoted. We have an old plaster ceiling that we did not want touched because repairing it would be very difficult and costly. Ivan totally respected that and didn't go near it. Their Office Manager, Bogdana, was also very helpful as well. Good communications and follow up as needed. I highly recommend that you use this company. They do great work and are very supportive and helpful if you have any questions. Their prices are competitive and they are not trying to upsell or charge you for anything unecessary. We will definitely be using them again.
