My wife and I ordered a specialty, oversized crib from abroad. We didn't realize that it would arrive in one piece and would not fit into the room through the door. I called a dozen movers in order to price a window hoist as our due date was quickly approaching and there was simply no economical way to send the crib back. We were quoted nearly a thousand dollars for a single lift by almost every company. Arby was my last call (I was about to give up). He said that his team would be in the area over the next few days and would, for a very modest fee, do all of the heavy lifting. He even said that his team could remove the window and put it back. The whole process, including taking the window off and on, took 20 minutes. Arby's specialists handled the situation with absolute care - and our baby has been sleeping peacefully every night.
