Vlad is awesome, all these 10 star reviews are absolutely right on. He is nice, prompt, on time, explains exactly what he is doing and why, makes an effort to only replace what is necessary and guarantees his work. We've had him repair our washer, gas stove and dryer, and even though it costs me money, I look forward to when something else breaks because I trust that he will do an excellent job with a smile.
