Wake up in the morning to a cold house. Furnace does not want to start. it is a SUNDAY. Call the installer, Hargrave Heating and AC, outside working hours, leave a message. Got a call back in about 12 minutes. Technician was at the house in about 45 minutes. Diagnostic was not good, motor had to be replaced, nothing in local stock, had to wait until Monday. Monday morning at 8 o'clock when I called, technician placed the order for the motor and the visit was already scheduled for that day. I had to postpone due to engagements that stopped from being available at that time.

Kitchen sink got plugged on Saturday. Tried the advice from Home Depot advisers and used chemicals. Waited until Sunday nothing worked. On Sunday decided to go with a snake, used a 25 ft, not enough. Rented Monday a longer one 35ft, not enough. Called a local company and they could not do it, they tried a small and short snake. They gave me the alternative of ripping off the walls and replacing the pipes. In a moment of luck I found the Metro Plumbing and Drains phone number on the web and called. In less than an hour Andrei Volkov showed up at the door and in a very professional and clean way analyzed the situation. Gave me the quotation saying "you pay me the price if I do it". We agreed and he prepared his working place very clean, taking care of every detail: covering the floor, using cover on the shoes, having his own light and not touching anything else. He had to work more than an hour but the job was done. Great service. Nice people and good prices. They are my service company in the future. Thank you.
