Late this summer we contacted Magic Window and Alex, our sales consultant, did a fantastic job at showcasing their patio doors and the modular add-ons (screen and thermal blinds). We asked for a mid-late September installation and as scheduled the installation process was quick and efficient. Love how smooth the opening and closing of the door is. As well we are very happy with the screen and the solar blinds. I had some scratches on both my screen and thermal blind frames and It’s taking too much time to resolve the issue. I’m now waiting again for both frames to be returned and scratches be properly covered. Today (3weeks + after initial install) both my screen and thermal blind frames were installed and problem was resolved to my satisfaction.

Tom and his crew were very friendly and professional. Love the look and feel of the recessed lighting design. What I liked the most about Tom was his design recommendation - just the right amount of recessed lights. In fact when we asked for a few more, he ask the right questions and quickly convinced us that we did not need more. The other distinguishable fact from the other quotes I received was that his lighting system uses “low voltage electricity” so no need for separate electrical circuit which in my case would of required an electrical sub panel and will have very little impact on my monthly electrical bill.

Tim arrived on time and after explaining the issue I had with the refrigerator and the stove fan not functioning, he told me that he was pretty sure what the issue was. So he check all the circuit in the panel and made sure that all was functioning (it was). while in the pane he ensure that all the breakers were screwed in properly and a few were not. The he proceeded to check the fridge outlet and confirm that it was the problem. He explained to me why that was and the made sure that all the wire were properly connected to the screws. This solved the issue. Tim is very professional, very friendly and a great "teacher" - I learned a few basics tips... his cost was extremely reasonable. I would recommend Tim to anyone needing electrical work. Thank you Tim

I was truly impressed with the workmanship, professionalism and friendliness of. Sid and Ben. I could not believe it when Sid asked me if he could check the ceilings in all our bedrooms (to look for troubled areas) and then asked to go to the basement to check the furnace and ducking system. They are very detailed oriented and want to ensure that the "the job is done right". There is no doubt in my mind that my attic was insulated properly. Wow, what a great company!

It started well, deposited 50% in 3 payments at different stages. Then the owner started to have excuses for delays. Finally bailiff locked his door... He took my money and did not deliver anything!
