Thom talks a good game but didn't deliver. Quality was very bad, time was triple what he originally said, he wouldn't repair work that was not properly done, there were some accounting issues. I had to terminate the contract before he was finished, and look for my own trades to finish and repair what he had started. One of his trades damaged part of the electrical system in the house, Thom wouldn't hire an electrician to repair it. Had to do it at my cost. Very bad experience.
