I give Keith a rating of 11! He came on time, he is professional, did a fantastic job, his experience shows – he worked hard, very hard for 2+ hours and did not stop for one minute, amazing endurance! The cost was exactly as quoted – no surprises. He walked me through any issues, gave me some tips, left all work areas clean. You simply do not find his kind of work ethic these days. Someone who works hard and takes pride in a job well done, Good for you Keith! Also of huge importance to me is when people come to my home they treat our pets with kindness. He was very kind, thoughtful and friendly to my children and to my furry children. Thanks again Keith! Amanda

Complete waste of money. Carpets were soaked and when I put a white towel down to soak up some of the water the towel came up totally brown and disgusting. I repeated this all over the house – it was gross. The guy also kept asking me to pay for more and more, when I said I don’t want to pay for extra stain removal he said then he would not guarantee the work and obviously did a terrible job. Actually to me it looked like the carpets were just soaked with water and that’s all that was done.
