Our furnace wasn't working, again, and the original installer refused to come and check the 3-month old unit for problems, having left a large mess and charged us for 'repairs' only two days before. I called Doug from my office and he went to the house and looked at the furnace, providing an explanation to my boyfriend of what was wrong and should be looked at. He fixed relevant parts as applicable, and also advised us to call the propane supplier, as problems in the supply (full tanks) appeared to contribute to the problem. My boyfriend didn't have cheques with him, and Doug even let me drop a cheque off at his address a couple of days later in payment. Great service!
