Do not use this company! After reading reviews that have had complains that this company does not stand by their work, I must say I have also experienced this myself. A year after repairing a portion of the shingles on the roof for the second time, one row of shingles starting sliding off. Reviewing this with other roofing experts they have felt this was not due to wind, as they were sliding down, and only in one particular row. When we called Arnold from Contex Roofing to fix this after less than 12 months of the initial installation, he gave the same excuse heard from other customers that this was a "force of nature" that is not due to their workmanship. Strangely, none of the other neighbours had this issue. Trying to discuss this with Arnold in a civilized manner was also met with a condescending and impatient tone of voice. Poor workmanship, Poor quality, Rude manners.
