Here's the brief of it: Asked for cleaning to try out - tell us minimum is a month. Give our card. Did not schedule after a month. They kept on charging the card month over month. When we noticed - they said we have to use the services for the two extra months they had charge as that was per their terms and conditions. Who knows - maybe it is - but who reads the fine print - you go by what you speak with them over the phone. With seemingly no options left - we figured might as get cleaning done out of them - otherwise its daylight robbery of $514. 2 voice messages, 3 emails - no one responds. The site boasts about 100% satisfaction guarantee, logos of being mentioned on CNN, NBC, WSJ (which does not link to anywhere by the way) and who knows all kinds of stuff. Amuses me that people can be so blatantly dishonest without any hesitation. Bottom line - not honest. Wouldn't recommend them. They're sitting on $514 with no services requested nor provided for the past 4 months. There's also a reason I guess why they're not BBB accredited.
