We found the home we wanted away from the "big city", but of course had some concerns regarding the house as it was older. We were told to try Lighthouse Home Inspections and after researching them and a few other businesses chose them for our inspection. Marco was the inspector that came to the house and he was excellent! He arrived on time, was very thorough, took the amount of time that he said he would and pointed out a few key things to discuss with the seller. He also calmed some worries we had about a few things that we thought were major issues. He also mentioned that we could call anytime if we had any additional questions later on with the inspection report. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a home inspection!
