I called this company to fix my washing machine. They showed up when they said they would. However, the technician mis diagnosed my problem and when I gave him more information about what happens during a load cycle, he told me it was the main panel. He did not know how to run a diagnostic on the main panel in order to see what the error codes were. I had to call another company to come who knew what they were doing and eventually fixed the problem which was an easy fix - replacing the actuator. So instead of replacing the main panel for $800. as recommended, I only had to pay $265. The technician's knowledge was very limited and I would not recommend this company.

As I have mentioned above, our intentions are to find the solution that will help the appliance to run for a long term. That is why we are troubleshooting the major cause of the issue.
