I never had a great experience with home inspector in the past however Brent changed the perception on the inspectors for me. He is careful, thorough, honest and friendly. He takes his time to check the house like if it was his. I would not hesitate a second to hire him as an inspector again.

That's too bad to hear that you've had bad experiences with home inspectors. You're not the first person to tell me this. It's just like any other industry though, good and bad inspectors. I will admit, I do personally find my industry does have its fair share of questionable inspectors out there. Some of the stuff people tell me with what their previous inspector missed and I'm like, “yikes”, and I'm speechless. Many inspectors do love to play the "lame excuse as to why they didn't inspect that" card. Nonetheless, I am glad that you were happy with me!
