Went to the depot for outdoor carpet, had to wait 15min. for an associate, then they couldn't run the carousel,found a supervisor, their punchcode wouldn't work,then the super started to train the associate on the use of the carpet cutter/measurer. Then other customers came to watch because they couldn't find associates either. The absolute best was that the original associate underpriced the carpet to us saving us $100.00. Talk about incompetence!
