My garage door, which was about 10 years old, had been dented. I called Maple Leaf Garage Doors to get estimates for either replacing the dented panels, or replacing the whole door. Steve came in person and provided me with the estimates for the various options. At no time did he try to "upsell" me. He just explained the various options and the cost. Because it was an older door and opener, in the end, I decided it would be more cost-effective to just replace the whole door and the opener at one time. Steve always came at the time we had set, and installed the door and the opener which now look very good and work very well. His prices were very reasonable, exactly as he had quoted, and there were no "extra charges". I really appreciate his honesty, and his professionalism, and would definitely recommend Maple Leaf Garage Doors to my friends. Thanks, Steve!

We called SWAT because we thought we had raccoons in the attic. The technician (Bruce) came within a couple of hours of our call to the office, found out that we likely only had squirrels, and recommended two one way doors and also caps for the chimneys. He showed us all of the materials he was going to use, and gave us the prices ahead of time, so there were no surprises. He was very professional, and explained everything that he was recommending to us (and why). SWAT really takes your "critter" problems seriously; the technician comes quickly and on time. They do a thorough job and charge reasonable prices ..a definite 10. We would recommend SWAT, and will call them again if we get more "critter attacks"! Thanks so much, Bruce!!!
