George's insight and dedication got us through a difficult situation as quickly and effectively as possible. George was at our home at 1:00 am when our basement was flooded and back the next morning and every morning after until the job was done, working all day in the rain and cold to get out family's life back to normal. Obviously, you are never happy to incur a home flood, but we are extremely grateful to have had George guide us through ours."
