Hired in 2007 to paint outside windows and doors. Work was completed for around $1500. In the summer of 2008, paint began to peel around windows. I called to get the work re-done but was told that I had to call before July 1. Since the guarantee is for 3 years, I will call this summer before July 1. The peeling got worse over this past winter. It looks to me like they did not scrape well enough before painting.

I had looked everywhere for material with a certain simple design and reasonable cost and was unable to find anywhere. I found half of what I wanted at the Dundas store. They called their other stores and were able to find the exact material and called me in a timely fashion when it was in. This included material for a number of cushions with extra to spare for future projects.
