Save yourself time and money. Horrible Duct Cleaning Service
You get what you pay for. I bought a voucher from a 'deal' site and shortly after contacted 'Cambridge' to book an appointment. Upon them finding out I bought a voucher, I was abruptly told a service agent would have call me back, because a different department deals with voucher bookings. A week later, after not having received a call, I called again, and this time after booking the appointment I revealed the said voucher, I was again told the same and promised I would receive a call within three weeks to book an appointment!! When I asked why I would have to wait so long, the agent informed me that they give priority to full paying customers!! WHAT?!?!? Are they serious? Well, ok, if that's your policy .... after MUCH debate and negotiation, I finally was able to book an appointment, which took place today. They came in, tried to upsell me, attached the vacuum and were out in 15 minutes. In that short time, one of the two technicians roared through the house with his air hose, not considering the corners of my freshly painted home, while the other technician did god knows what downstairs. That said, later this evening I noticed the furnace's grounding wire was detached from the water main!! All I can say is 'Wow.' Also didn't help neither service technician was fluent in English, therefore questions asked were not answered or misunderstood. Horrible, horrible experience. The last time I had my ducts cleaned, the professional came and spent approx two hours in my home, explained what he was doing and offered advice and suggestions. That same experience did not take place today. Stay away. But, I should have known, you get what you pay for ....
