Do not honour their promises, extremely poor customer service
We signed a contract in may 2022, on December installation date was scheduled for Dec. it was canceled less than 24 hours on us but was reached and a credit of $200 was promised to us for inconvenience. It is now mid February abs they did not update our account to reflect this credit, they do not answer any of my emails asking them to update and follow up. Multiple times, multiple people, nothing! What kind of company does this! No accountability, no honour, no customer service. It clear the promise of $200 was never intended to be applied snd hence they do not respond nor update my account. Is $200 more important to them than say return customer or happy customer! Absolutely will not be returning and will let all my neighbors know. Be ware buyer of their non existent customer service, read reviews not juts here.
