The service and price are reasonable. The owner takes a lot of care to ensure you are satisfied. Turnaround time is about 2 weeks. They don't have full slabs of what they are selling unless someone has ordered it. Ask and he will who you what they have. Very friendly and takes his workmanship to installation seriously.
Nice quality selection of tiles for the price. Mark had lots of good information and educated us on the tiles. He cuts out the middle man. Happy with the service and tiles!!
Being an infrequent visitor of Rona, I was pleasantly surprised by this particular visit and subsequent ones after. There was an abundant number of sales associates available for assistance. I was able to obtain help within 2 minutes of looking for help. I was able to find everything I needed and receive helpful information about my project (new shower tiles, sink, paint, and plumbing).
