Alex responded to my call right away. Very honest. He wore booties so he did not track dirt into my home. He also laid a drop cloth on the floor to gather any debris from cutting. He cut an old toilet drain pipe from the sewer pipe and capped it for me with steel wool to prevent the rat from climbing up through the sewer pipe.

Honest, very professional, a lot of attention to detail. Provided input on how to keep costs down. Extremely happy with the final outcome. The sunroom is the new favourite gathering spot in the house.

Great customer to work for

My service tech was Jeff. He showed up on time, with all the necessary tools to replace the fan on my fireplace. He was very careful, and clean. He even laid down a blanket for his tools, and removed his shoes at the door. Very professional job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
