I contacted unique custom moldings and trim to do waynescotting in my bedroom and on the main floor. I was impressed with his professionalism, prompt response time, fair pricing, and attention to detail. The owner was really helpful in letting me know contraints that we'd have given the structure of the house and suggested changes that would achieve the look i wanted within those contraits. I wish all contractors were as professional and detail orientated. The quality of the work is absolutely beautiful. It's completely transformed our house. I plan on using this company again soon to do more rooms. Im at stay at home mom and i felt completely comfortable using this company being home alone and he even worked around my son's nap time! I can't say enough about this excellent company.

We called in Juff's based on their reviews on homestars. They came out and gave us a quote for replacement of the front of our roof. They did an excellent job - we know this because shortly after we sold our home and had three home inspections, all of which looked at the roof. They accomodated our short deadlines and fit us in despite bad weather and a sale deadline. I called to complain about them forgetting a small patch on the side that I assumed was covered by the cost and they sent someone back the next day to fix it. All of their employees were courteous and professional. They swept up the yard afterwards and even took care not to get debris on my flowerbed - which i appreciated. They did have to call me to include work that wasnt covered in the original quote but it a was reasonable additional cost and in the end we were happy with the job they did.

Of all the renos and work we did to sell our house hiring Kelly was absolutely the best investment we made. Our realtor recommended Kelly to us and having used this realtor twice we trusted his judgement. Kelly came and helped us figure out of our 'to do reno' list what we really needed to do and what could be 'staged away'. I would estimate that Kelly saved us around 20k at the end of the day. She also had contacts for flooring that we used that were amazing and really inexpensive. We even got a deal on the moving 'pods'. My husband was skeptical about using a stager but after she was finished he had to admit that she did an amazing job, and even we loved the end result. She was able to use a lot of what we had but by using key pieces and moving them around in way we had never considered transformed our house into a much more inviting - and sellable - home. What my hubby liked the best is how he didn't have to be 'involved' - she remembered everything, took care of moving everything and it was magically transformed without him having to life a finger. Kelly is also a fabulous person. You will instantly like her and trust her practical advice. She's got a great eye for colour and space. I will never sell another home without using Kelly. Even with the furniture rental the whole process was very reasonable and with the savings on the moving pod and the flooring guy her services were more than paid for.

We have used Total Kleen twice - once to clean my husband's first condo and couch for a home sale and once to get our own house ready for sale. They did an incredible job both times. I would highly recommend their services. They are fast and thorough and do a great job on the carpets - you wouldn't believe what they were able to get out of our carpets. My husband had spilt strawberry protein shake on the carpet and our previous dog had peed on the rug - all the stains and smells were gone. Permanently. We were amazed at the results. As well they are the LOVELIEST guys you have ever met. You will be happy to trust your home to them.

I have used Sylvia’s services twice now and both times I was blown away with the end result. I couldn’t afford to completely renovate my home but Sylvia was able to transform it with colour and made it seem like the entire house was renovated. She literally pulled together what i did have in the house and considering the lighting, the space etc. was able to make the house look amazing. Three years later I still love the colours. When I went to paint the outside of my house I found myself paralyzed with indecision and unable to find the right ‘beige’. I called in Sylvia who was able to pull together the house with colour adding to the curb appeal and ultimately to value of our home. When we able to sell the house in under a week! If you are going to take the time and effort to paint your place i would seriously consider using Sylvia to help pick your colours. You will not regret it. I consider using Sylvia a good investment in time and money.

I have used A&D movers on two occasions and have booked them for a third. They are fast, careful and curtious. They are the only movers i've ever used who haven't either damaged my walls or my things. They came highly recommended to us by two different friends who had used them. In one case I know that they were waiting for an elevator that had been booked in an apartment building by a couple who's movers hadn't bothered to show up on time. A &D movers went and moved that couple out of their apartment so that my friend could move! All well within their time minimum. What great people! I can't say enough good things about them!

We were referred to Patrick by our realtor prior to the sale of our house. We had very little time to get ready and Patrick was able to come on short notice and cleaned our windows in and out as well as our sky lights and back sliding doors. We were very happy with the end result as well as the price. The place looked great for the open houses and he made sure to leave the place looking great - no water marks or dirt in the sliding doors etc. We would highly recommend Patrick and his crew.

If you are looking for someone to do a deep clean prior to a sale Dave is your guy. He is the type of person that you instantly trust with your home. We found him to be punctual, accomodating, detail oriented and he definitely worked hard with no breaks so the money was well spent. He'll do a better job than you can. On top of being an amazing professional he is trustworthy and honest and an all round great guy. You won't regret using Dave!

My original review was quite brutal because I was angry at the owner of this store for what i felt was bad customer service. I ended up going back for MORE paint to do our bathroom and he was incredibly helpful and insightful and i felt terrible about my review. The wife of this family run store is delightful and we'll just say that the husband can be crusty but the product is excellent, and they are very helpful and he has a great eye for colour.

Des came and removed not only our old deck but old junk from our basement as well. He had come by to give me a quote the day i talked to him on the phone and it was so cheap that i was inspired to get rid of a whole lot more! My husband was sure it would cost us over a grand to get rid of it all but Des took it all for less than half of that! He was flexible, professional - he even came early. Des took every last bit of stuff - he didn't miss a thing. He was charming and courteous. I would absolutely recommend his services. You won't regret it.

They installed the cold air exchange right next to the heating vent, then refused to repair the problem. When i called to express my concern (that the cold air exchange would simply pull in the AC being pumped into the room) they receptionist was incredibly rude. Unfortunately the boss was even ruder and refused to fix the problem.
