Men In Kilts did a great job cleaning hard-to-reach windows at our 4-storey town house, but after we moved to a glass-walled condo we weren't sure if they would be as effective. We called, they came, first to give us a new estimate for our smaller space, and then to do the job, which they did brilliantly. We look forward to having them 'refresh' our windows (and consequently our view) this fall.
Scott's work came highly recommended by a contractor we know and trust -- one whom we also know insists on maintaining very high performance standards. It became evident very early on that Scott shares those standards. At our house he had to deal with water damage issues before he could proceed, but he did so brilliantly and efficiently. He is wonderfully diligent and has somehow managed to develop the patience required to do in a few days the intricate, time-consuming jobs that would take us weeks to complete on our own. Scott continues to beautify our home with each visit, on time and on budget every time, and we hope and expect to see a lot more of him.

Replacement of four-pronged electrical wall socket for clothes dryer
Called this company to explain the problem but had to leaver a voice mail message. My call was returned within the hour, and most courteously. Head electrician offered the most reasonable and logical solution to the wiring problem we were experiencing. Spokesperson Melissa explained that an electrician would come to our house, assess the job and then quote me an exact price before any work began. Mike, the electrician, did exactly as Melissa said he would. Not only did he reconnect the electrical box in a neat, efficient and timely manner, he also brought in a broom to clean up any residue resulting from his work, and then took that residue away with him! He did a splendid job in less than two hours. I will absolutely keep his AC Electrical Contractors business card on our bulletin board for future reference.
