What I liked most about metrowide is that they were able to do all three types of work (stone, concrete and asphalt) so we didn't have to work with more than one company. The work they did was very solid and the crew they sent were very nice. It's not the cheapest and the final bill was more than the quote. However, there is something to be said about their customer service. Two years later, our asphalt was deforming - they came back and fixed it! You rarely see this level of customer service- this is exceptional and amazing! Our driveway looks great again!

Integrity, professionalism and attention to detail best describe Andrew and Lusso design. He was patient, extremely knowledgable and truly cared about his clients and doing a great job. He knew our door would be a bit of a challenge (as we have an older home) and he sent his best guy (Alex) to do the job. We are extremely happy with the end result. His attention to detail and strive for excellent customer service are the main (but not only) reasons I would recommend him again. He remembered finite details of our order (style of door, colour) and kept his word (sending his best guy, replacing a panel when needed). He even added an additional lock we had purchased at a store! Over the top customer service, truly.

I don't like bugs! And with a small toddler who can be a messy eater, ants were attracted to her crumbs - even after I wiped the floor with vinegar! We also saw silver fish and the really big ugly centipede type creatures. Arg!!!! We called Pestend and Naseer came to spray. He was punctual, friendly and assured us that our daughter wouldn't be harmed by the spray (of course we stayed out of the house for more than the recommended time just to be safe). There was a huge improvement!! But eventually we saw some of the more stubborn creepy crawlies..... So we called them again - they have a 6 month guarantee. You can't say this about most companies anymore, but with Pestend - they had integrity and kept their promise. They sprayed again as part of their no fee guarantee. Naseer, the technician, listened to our concerns and re-sprayed. I would definitely use them again in future.
