A strange noise was emitting from around the outlet in the basement. I called Great Dane. As I described the issue, which can be tough occasionally, because when you are a woman requesting work done some tend to be condescending, thankfully he listened and took my concern seriously. An appointment was immediately booked for the next day. The gentleman who did the work was professional and efficient. Needless to say I called them when I required additional service and would recommend Great Dane to my friends.
