We bought a garden shed from this Rona location. We found the shed here for $600 but the Reno Depot in Gatineau had it for $249. Rona has a price-matching guarantee, but we never thought they would price match in this case since the difference was so big. We were very surprised when they adjusted the price (with an extra 10% reduction on the difference) with no hassle at all. We added delivery since we don't have a truck. They arrived right on time, at the beginning of our scheduled delivery window. Everyone we dealt with, from the salesman to the cashier, to the manager who had to approve to the price-match, to the delivery people were extremely friendly.

We hired Mannion when we switched from oil to gas furnace since they were licensed for oil tank removals. They arrived on time for our appointment, but didn't put any sheets down to protect our floors, so after they left, we noticed a 5-foot scratch in our hardwood. They had mentioned how heavy the tank was, so we wondered whether they had dragged it part of the way. We are not sure though since we didn't see exactly what caused the scratch. We do wish they had put some sheets down though. Once they left, we also noticed an oil stain on the driveway. When we called, they got back to us quickly and dropped off some absorb-all for us to put on the stain, which cleared the stain up within a couple of days. However, for the price we were charged, we wish they had paid more attention to details such as covering the floors and cleaning up before leaving.
