John's winning combination is his reliability, attention to detail and just being a nice guy who you don't mind hanging around the house. His crew are also very professional. We lived in the house with our two young children during the renovation and it was as smooth as one can expect. There wasn't a lot of sticker shock, his estimates were very accurate after the full assessment. He's not going to be the cheapest guy you talk to, but he'll be on time and very professional.
