Norm and Igor are the Stars in this company. Norm showed us what windows were available and explained their features fully. My husband and I decided to go with EuroStar Windows and Doors. We were called with an install date. All the windows were ready for the date except the back door. The windows were installed in two days with the guys cleaning up any mess that had occurred. All looked great. The door was installed one week later. There have been very small problems with one window and the door. Igor is the "champ" of customer service. He makes it his business to take care of a problem as soon as possible. The window and door were taken care of the next day. This company acceded my expectations. They are the best.

I live in Thornhill and I called professional roofers to come and do the estimate to replace the shingles on my house, Jorge came by to talk about the work that needed to be done he explained everything, they also gave us a booklet with a lot of helpful roofing information. I was happy with the service of the company from the start they made the process very smooth. I'm glad to recommend this company. An extra bonus, everything on the ground was cleaned up afterwards. Extremely pleased.

Every time an appointment was made, they came on time. The workers were professional, did what was needed to be done in a timely manner and did not make one error. An added bonus...they were nice. I had concerns of wallpaper being torn and they took great care to be very careful. The cabinet fronts and counter tops were cut with precision and look fabulous. I would highly recommend them. It was an absolute pleasure working with a company that did what they said they were going to do and do it extremely well.
