We have had difficulties with our furnace since we moved into our house 5 years ago. We have bought the Heating Protection Plan and have used it every year! Recently we had a problem with the computer board and we really appreciated not having to pay the bill!

Dan is a very honest man. We thought we needed a new furnace. When Dan inspected it he told us it could wait a couple of years. He gave us an estimate on a new furnace in case we were interested in getting it sooner (to take advantage of the federal tax credit and the energy audit rebates). There are still honest businessmen around!
