We were looking for an old home in a very competitive neighbourhood. Things moved very quickly when we found our house we were interested in - showing at 7 pm, 8am the next day, we called Carson Dunlop & Associates. They accommodated our last minute request and we met Gordon Mathieu at 1 pm. We were EXTREMELY impressed with Gordon. He was extremely knowledgable and thorough and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Moving from a condo to a house, we learned a lot about our home inside out. Gordon pointed out some minor improvements required and approximate cost and also pointed the many upgrades and how well they were done which helped us rationalize an appropriate offer. We asked a lot of questions and never felt rushed. He provided the full home inspections including photos less than 3 hours after his visit. Thanks to Gordon we were very comfortable making an offer on a house less than 24 hours after the showing. Gordon is professional, extremely knowledgable and a really good guy. We knew we would call on Gordon again if we did not get this house but thankfully we did. If you want a thorough and honest report card for your house, ask for Gordon - you will not be disappointed!!!!
