S & M in the Annex

We are currently renovating a 130 year old home and asked Charlie to replace the stairs to our 3rd floor loft. It was a very challenging install as the stairs required a winder and none of the walls were straight. He was meticulous with his measurements and installed a fabulous set of oak stairs. He even came back and wrapped them in construction paper to protect them after I told him we still had some trades yet to work on the third floor. You could tell he took great pride in his work. We will definitely use him again when we get to the first floor.

We are very happy with tile work that Milorad and his son completed in our bathroom. They took great care and pride in their workmanship. We had some unique issues and requests with regard to our shower enclosure in that we wanted glass tile on the threshold and in the soap boxes. Milorad was not only able to accomodate them but did so happily and with exceptional results. He was fast, courteous, and tidy. We will definitely hire him and his son for any tile work in the future.

Andy and Lara were very informative and helpful without the pressured sales pitch that I have come to expect from other companies. They reviewed their products and services as well as each products respective performance without trying to influence me one way or the other. They reviewed any logistical concerns regarding the application of their product such as site access and weather and these were dealt with ahead of time. Their crew was punctual, professional and polite. They did an excellent job despite the minus 20 degree weather. Finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. The performance of the finished product is unbelievable. My 3rd floor was ice cold previously and Andy said that after the application I would be able to heat my third floor with a candle. He was right! He called up a week after the install to make sure everything was OK and that I was satisfied with the product. Great service.
