We have noticed many negative comments on review pages, and were very disappointed. We came into this builder with an open mind and had nothing but positive experiences. We have not taken possesion of our home yet, we are in the selection process and have nothing but positive to speak of. From the beginning when dealing with Vince and Tony, they were very kind and helpful. They answered our questions, and whatever questions they did not have the answers to they made sure they had them by our next visit. They were great to deal with. We have had some contact with head office, that experience was exceptional. Our present dealings involving Mary and Ada have been nothing short of spectacular. They have been helpful, kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. They get all of our questions answered and always make us feel welcome, and not once have felt rushed. We look forward to finishing this process and with the help of the staff, turn our house into a home. Keep up the good work and much thanks.
