I do recommend if you work with him to make sure everything is in writing (this goes for ALL contractors actually) so that nothing is miscommunicated. I gave him a $150 tip.

I searched through HomeStars and Kijiji and called a ton of companies that install security cameras. He was the cheapest I found. I know that comes with a risk. I’ve installed security cameras twice myself. So when he came for a free estimate to analyze my property, that’s when he sold me. I tested him and he clearly knew what he was doing. He’s got a lifetime business partner in me now. He will be installing my pot lights inside and outside too.

This is not a business category that I have a lot of confidence in quality service (just like duct cleaning or auto mechanics). But I was actually surprised. After researching about 6 different local companies, I narrowed it down to 2. I chose this one because (a) it had a 6 Month guarantee, (b) the manager himself answered my plethora of questions (I was so unaware of the process), and (c) the environmentally-friendly powder. After agreeing, I got WAAAAY more. (D) They we available on the exact day and time I wanted. They educated me while there. (E) I had more than the average amount of cockroaches so they went all over the place, spraying. and (F) they honored the warranty. Great company if I must say. Well done Hamid.
