I currently am registered at Dear Born Baby. This is my first child, and the amount of stress associated in dealing with the customer service just isn't worth it at all. When I first came in I met a lovely girl who helped me pick out my registry, she was awsome. She told me that Dear born is better then Babies R us because of their customer service. What she should have said is there in NO CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THIS STORE AT ALL.. If I could I would remove my registry and not give one penny to this horrible store. I have left over 6 messages with Customer service and have had not ONE RESPONSE> I have emailed customer service asking who the manager or owner of the store is to find out if they are aware of how customers are being treated. NOT ONE RESPONSE. They staff remove items off your registry without notifying you which items have been removed. They put stuff on sale then raise the price right back up. They do not update registry often at all. For a local store in such a great neighbourhood, I am shocked at the horrible service I have received. You can never get through to anyone by phone, as no one answers or returns your call. Mothers Be Ware, Don't waste your time coming here, all it will do is elevate your blood pressure and cause you aniexty during your pregnancy. Deffinantley not worth it at all. Lil Niblets and babies R us will give you much better service then this store
