Clera previously installed windows for me (pre-pandemic) and we were very happy with them. For this review, I purchased a new door+ side window. As the promised delivery date approached and passed, we did not receive any information from Clera regarding possible delivery dates of the door despite attempts from us to get this information. This made it impossible to decide whether we should sell the house with or without the new door. This delay was beyond Clera's control; however, communication regarding possible delivery dates, a reason why the door was late, or why a timeline could not be provided would have made this much less stressful and frustrating. I've amended my original review to a 9/10 because there was good follow-up after the right people were aware of my frustration, the installed door was beautiful, and the door left a wonderful first impression of the home.

Had ducts and dryer vent cleaned. Booking an appointment was easy and Paul readily answered my questions. For the duct cleaning visit, Paul and Philip were courteous and knowledgable and on time. The price of the duct cleaning was as quoted and any additional optional costs were clearly explained during the visit. They removed their shoes when in the house and the process did not result in a lot of dust. The cost quoted above also included the application of the biocides as well as a needed humidifier filter replacement. I would recommend their services to anyone needing duct cleaning.

Our 7 year old furnace was producing a burning smell and weird noises so we had to shut it off. We called Dupont after the first company we approached failed to return our calls within 5 hours. Dupont provided us an appointment time for the same day and arrived early portion of the appointment window. The technican was knowledgeable and courteous - and worked really quickly to identify the problem. Pricing to fix the problem was provided up front. The first replacement part (located and installed later in the same day) was faulty, but the technian was able to hook up our system so that we could have heating in the interim. A new replacement part was located and installed on the next day during hours that were convenient to us (a bonus!). The technican even provided us with information on how to maintain our heating and AC system AND identified and fixed a small peripheral issue that was resulting in suboptiminal heating performance. We will definitley consider Dupont Heating and Air Conditioning for our future heating and air conditioning needs.
