We paid more than $800 for two cleaners to clean our house for five hours. When they arrived we told them to prioritize the upper and main floors of house. They spent 3.5 hours cleaning 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that were already tidied with surfaces cleared. They never finished the job upstairs and then went to our basement while ignoring the main floor and all of our primary living areas. I think this was done intentionally so we would be pressured to pay them for more time to clean what mattered most to us. We paid extra for blind cleaning and never received the service. We complained with pictures and specific details but were told that we should have paid for more hours instead. They said our complaints are not included in the service. I have highlighted the services we did not even receive on the upper level that was allegedly completed. Even though they didnt finish cleaning anything, they spent time folding our toilet paper like a fancy hotel. I feel very Taken advantage of by this company.
