I have used Drainworks before and have been always very satisfied with their courteous and professional service. I had a major sewer backup and they arrived promptly and worked very hard to replace the existing old pipe in as quick as possible so we could continue to live in the house. We live in the Beach, we saw Bill's ad in the Beach Metro news, and contacted Bill. He was very responsive, within a week he and his teammate (Grant) had come by and reviewed the work, prepared a quote and started the job a couple of weeks later. It was a very good experience for us. Bill and his teammates Grant & Mike were great, prompt, friendly, high quality work and they had some very good suggestions for our project. We felt very comfortable with them in our home and even left for a week while they were wrapping up the project. Bill and Grant & Mike went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and they did a great job. We have used Drain Works in the past. We had laundry water backing up from floor drain. DW arrived promptly, asessed and eventually had to dig up the old collapsed clay connection pipe under the basement floor. They did a great job & were punctual, friendly & professional....thank you.
