13 Days without AC and counting...... Horrible Service
I have been without AC since June 25th. 13 days and counting with no AC 1. You canceled my annual maintenance the day before the appointment. 2. Two days before the rescheduled appointment my AC develops an issue. 3. Tech shows up the next day and says I need a new coil. but fills it so it will run until new coil arrives. 4. Two days later tech comes and installs new coil but says the previous tech misdiagnosed the issue and another part is needed. This was June 25th. 5. When you call customer service always says Parts will call back. It took 3 days of call before parts did call back. That was either June 30th or July 2nd. Customer Service will not connect you with management. Your service has been horrible
