Appointment was for 1:30 PM, phoned and advised me that it would be 11:00 AM on the day of the appointment. Rescheduled my day, they showed up at 12:30 PM. They never covered the vents when they started cleaning, had to ask them. When they finished they sanitized my cold air returns, paid the bill and they left. Within 20 minutes my 85 year old mother and myself had burning lungs and coughing. We left the house and went over to our neighbors who had there house done on the same day. They informed us that we could not be in the house for two hours after sanitizing. Nobody from the company told us that. Next morning I hop in the shower and I have no hot water, they cleaned out the chimney and had turned the hot water tank off. Would not recommend them at all to anybody!!
